Neil Collins

Founder/Managing Director

Neil is a highly trusted agent in East London, with many clients who frequently seek his representation, advice, and guidance on their property matters. He has built a strong reputation and is well-respected in the community.

Estates East was Neil’s dream when working in a corporate estate agency, and it was his determination and vision that brought it to life. He wanted to establish a business based on his values; of honesty, fairness, and client service, which he believed were lacking in the estate agency industry as a whole.

In 2013, he decided to take a chance and invest everything into starting his venture. Since then, he has been striving to make Estates East the best it can be. Neil, together with his fantastic team, works hard every day to achieve this goal.

Richard Strong

Group Operations Director

Richard is in charge of all the “unseen” stuff that makes the rest of what we do work. If everything looks calm and collected on the surface, that’s because he is working hard to make it so. From accounts to regulatory, from copywriting to HR, Richard’s role encompasses and covers all of the back office processes that every business needs to have in place.

Away from work (which given the chance he will tell you isn’t often enough!) he likes nothing better than pottering around in the garden at home, although we understand that’s usually on the promise of a glass of something cold once he’s finished!

Charles Newman

Co-Founder/Sales Director

If you have seen our Who Are We? you have probably got the background on Charles’ journey. Essentially, he is one of our directors, brought up and living locally who goes above and beyond to make sure all his clients are satisfied. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the Estates East staff and valuing homes in East London for both sale and rental - a part of the job he loves because every home is different.

Furthermore, Charles loves getting creative and ensuring that the whole Estates East team is fully engaged in any new ideas or community projects. He loves taking his dogs for a stroll over the Walthamstow Wetlands or Hollow Ponds. After a long day's work, he loves heading to his very local pub the Queen's Arms for a pint and a bottle of wine, and Sodo Pizza is his favourite food spot.

Becky Kear

Sales Progressor

Becky started her property career in 2013 working as a Junior Sales Negotiator. Becky loved meeting new people daily but decided a career in sales progression would allow her to have a more meaningful relationship with clients. Fast forward to 2018 when Becky joined Estates17/10 as their sales progressor, she has since completed over 1000 transactions making great relationships with vendors and buyers along the way. Providing excellent communication to both vendors and buyers is something Becky takes great pride in. There is nothing she likes more than on the day of completion hearing how stress-free the process has been and how excited the buyers are to move into their new homes.

Becky completed on her own first home in January 2023 so she is aware of the emotional process when purchasing a property and found that experience has helped strengthen her knowledge and experience while managing client's expectations.

Be confident that you are in capable hands with Becky at Estates East, whether you are buying or selling a property. Her dedication to Sales Progression has only grown stronger with each passing year, ensuring your satisfaction.

Once her workday is complete, Becky enjoys unwinding at Bargo's with a refreshing cocktail.

Ciara Price

Senior Sales & Design Consultant

In 2020, Ciara joined our Sales Team after earning a BA in Politics. Through her contributions, Estates East has evolved into the successful business it is today. Her colleagues quickly recognised her as a formidable force when she broke the record for the most sales in one month with 18 sales!

In addition to her expertise in valuations, Ciara is also a valued member of our Creative Team and frequently stars in our viral TikTok and Instagram videos. In 2021, she completed a course with the Interior Design Institute and is now utilising her expertise by providing design tips and writing informative blogs.

As the self-proclaimed Plant Mum, you’ll often find Ciara chatting to Ida in Petals in Bloom about the office plants, or walking her cavalier, Archie, around the village.

Jade Bratton

PA & Head of Property Management

Jade has been working as a property manager for over 15 years and within this time she has become ARLA qualified and still loves the job to this day. Jade loves that not every day is the same and even today there are some issues reported that have never been reported before which gets her thinking cap working and still learning new things within property management.

Jade has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the property management industry. During this time, she has obtained her ARLA qualification and remains passionate about her work to this day. What sets Jade's job apart is the constant variation, as each day brings new challenges. Even after all these years, she still encounters unfamiliar issues that require critical thinking and further knowledge of property management.

Jade likes to explore upcoming areas to observe their past and present states, as well as the improvements that have been made. However, she also values the preservation of conservation areas that still exist. Additionally, she enjoys reading about the unconventional and unique ways people are utilising in constructing homes such as repurposed commercial aeroplanes and skips.

Bella Robins

Senior Lettings Co-ordinator

Starting her career in Estate Agency in 2017, Bella worked as a Property Manager with Jade Bratton before joining Estates 17/10 in 2018 as a Lettings Coordinator. Bella is a valued member of our Lettings Team, working with tenants and landlords to ensure all clients perceive a smooth and positive experience with Estates East. Bella has always loved helping people make the first steps of finding a place to call home. Bella works across all of our offices, but our Leyton office is where it all began.

Photography is one of Bella’s passions and she loves being able to capture the heart and soul of East London's top spots and properties through her lens for the marketing team. Bella loves that she can be helping a client with their tenancy one day to then capturing images for social media the next. Encouraging people to explore the latest attractions in Walthamstow or Leyton - especially if it's a photo of her favourite mozzarella toastie from Strange Brew!

Millie Bearman

Negotiator & Property Manager

Millie is one of the newer members of the Estates East team, joining in 2020, but feels like she has always been a part of the family. Starting in the Marketing Team, she is now a valued member of our Lettings & Property Management Team.

Millie works with Jade and Bella, ensuring the rental process is stress-free from start to finish, and that any issues during the tenancy are quickly and efficiently dealt with. With only working in the Lettings Department for one year, she is a fast learner and will help our clients with any queries they may have – give it a few years and she’ll probably be running the place. Millie especially loves taking a look inside the different period properties within the Walthamstow & Leyton areas and enjoys matching tenants to their future home!

A stroll into Strange Brew is Millie’s favourite part of her week, with grabbing one of their delicious, toasted sandwiches and a hot chocolate to warm her up in our Francis Road office.

Mollie Kear

Sales Negotiator

Mollie started her journey in the property industry at age sixteen as a receptionist. Over the years, she has diligently the ladder of success to be an experienced part of the sales team.

While working part-time at Estates East, she pursued her studies at University and successfully obtained a first-class honours degree in Business with Finance. She now works full-time and enjoys the social side of the role building relationships with both vendors and buyers.

In between viewings, you will find Mollie at Lloyd Park Marketing getting a chicken shawarma or halloumi wrap for lunch. Outside of work, you will find Mollie in the gym or on a ‘Couch to 5k’ run with her dog Murphy!

Thomas Murray

Brand Manager

Thomas is an invaluable member of the Estates East team, leading the social media and marketing. His creativity and enthusiasm have been instrumental in our continued success.

Passionate about creating content that resonates with our audience Thomas has been instrumental in driving our online growth. Taking an interest in the local businesses, history and community, he has built up close relationships with our neighbours and beyond.

Thomas loves exploring the local area; trying new restaurants, bars, vintage markets and gorgeous green spaces.

Ashley Endicott

Group Administrator

Ashley is the glue that holds everything together. Or is he the person who oils the wheels to ensure every transaction progresses smoothly? Probably both (if that isn’t mixing too many metaphors!). What we’re trying to say is that Ash is vital to everything we do.

Ashley is our administrator and has been with Estates East from the very start. He and Neil go way back, from when they both worked for a corporate agency. As such Neil was keen to get Ash on board, knowing full well that his attention to detail and exceptional customer service was exactly what he wanted in his new agency. Nothing gets by Ash, so you’ll be in safe hands, whether approving your photography and marketing or signing your paperwork. He’s always on the end of the phone, ready to help.

When he’s not working he likes nothing better than relaxing with a glass of white wine, or maybe heading off for the weekend to the Lakes or Peak District for some well-deserved R&R.
