In terms of colour scheme, different shades of grey are used throughout. Again, attention to detail is worth noting here, for example the sills, skirtings and architraves are more of a grey/brown shade in order to complement the buildings mahogony brown window and door finishes, in order to unify both colour schemes. The ceiling spot light plan was professionally designed to be aesthetically pleasing; and my latest project (in progress along with current redecoration works) is to fit is a "phillips hue" strip light above the bar to give mood lighting, which for example can be set to change autromatically (e.g. colour scheme changes with sunset), or create a party atmosphere with different coloured flasing lights, all controlled by alexa (or equivelant). It is also worth mentioning the outdoor space which has been sectioned off (directly outside the backdoor): this can be developed to provide a nice outside space with a fixed two seater table and chair.
The property was previously let at £1350 pcm in 2019 via Estaes 17's excellent letting team(after receiving 3 offers at this level); and is curretly being hosted on Airbnb which generates around £2,000 - £2500 pcm (inclusive of voids).
