In The Owners Words...

Over the last eleven years, we have lovingly refurbished this home whilst also raising our young family. The location couldn’t be better with Lloyd park directly behind the house with all its green space and amenities; the Saturday food market is also a bonus. Our home is only ten minutes from the tube, with Epping Forest and Walthamstow Wetlands only a bike ride away. We are a stone’s throw from some great primary schools, our children attend a school across the park which means there are no roads to cross on the school run. There is a great community feel here, our street has recently become part of a Low Traffic Neighbourhood and has its own residents association and whatsapp group to organise street events and share tools. We have really loved being part of this community and will miss this house greatly.
