In The Owners Words...

We've loved living here for the last six years and with the unique loft conversion the flat has been transformed into a family home. In particular the addition of the en-suite and nursery room situated off the master bedroom has made it a perfect place to raise a family. Additionally, with the nursery doubling as a study and a separate room downstairs home-working has been made really easy without stepping on each others' feet!
The garden is a great place to sit out in the sun and enjoy drinks on the decking and has given us some awesome memories over the years (for example when we hosted our son's first birthday party for all of our friends and family), and the neighbours are lovely with a real sense of community on Butterfields.
Location-wise it's really the best of all worlds with a 5 minute walk to the Village or a short stroll to Leytonstone or Wood Street. It's also an absolute ease to get into central London or drive out into the country for family adventures.
We will miss this house greatly and wish we could uproot it and take it with us as we move to a different part of the country.
