We've had so much fun living in Newport Road, watching the Francis Road area and Leyton develop around us as we renovated the property over the past few years. The flat is full of light in the summer with a perfect little garden and super snug in the winter when the fire is lit whilst enjoying a glass of red. We love to cook so made sure the kitchen has quality appliances and were meticulous about it being a good working layout for any future chefs. The large roof space comes with the ownership so great for storage and has previously held planning permission to extend upwards into a third double bedroom to make this the ultimate Abrahams.
