"Over the last 7 years we have worked to realise a home which is a true family home. People always comment on the feel of our home, it’s spacious and light but also very comfortable and cosy. In the summertime, the kitchen doors are open to the garden which is south facing so it gets the sun all day which is lovely to relax in during the warmer months. In winter its great to snuggle up in front of the fire in the front room after walks in Epping forest. The recently completed loft conversion means there’s plenty of additional space and storage which is great for living and working from home.
The house is in the catchment area for great schools and we love that it is only a few moments walk from Wood Street which is a great up and coming high street and a 10 minute stroll to the ‘Village’. Being only a short walk to Wood Street Overground station means easy access to Hackney and the City.
Havant Road has been closed off to through traffic which means it is nice and quiet with low traffic that adds to the feeling of being part of a community with great neighbours whilst being close to the action. We will miss this house greatly and wish we could take it with us."
