No hidden fees, Estates East are an open book
- The cost of the deposit is the equivalent of five weeks' rent, plus one month in advance.
- You pay this before you move in, in fact, you'll only be able to move into your new home once the funds are cleared.
- Important: if you withdraw your offer without a valid reason after it's been accepted, you lose your holding deposit. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
