With the sights and sounds of the Village just a hop, skip and a jump away across Hoe Street, and a choice of the Victoria line or two Overground lines within 4 minutes walk, we have been truly spoilt living here. In fact, it’s hard to think of a more convenient location, whether for work or leisure!

Our garden is a sun trap throughout the day, and we’ve enjoyed many a warm summer evening gathered around the outdoor table with family and friends. The decked area in the far corner is the place to settle with a glass of something cold on a hot day, offering a shady nook in which to while away an hour or two with a favourite book.
