In The Owners Words...

We have lived very happily in this house for nearly 16 years and our two children have grown up here. Our children have attended local schools, have been members of multiple local sports clubs and have loved growing up in such a vibrant part of London. There are many excellent local cafes, restaurants, and shops, with Lloyds Park, Walthamstow village and Epping Forest only a short walk away. With our children now ready to move on to the next stage of their lives, we are taking the opportunity to move back to our Midland roots. We will miss this house and Walthamstow and will take with us many happy memories of our time here.
