The large reception room easily becomes 2 rooms with dividing doors, making the space adaptable and easy to use. And there’s a patio door that opens out to the garden providing fresh air and light to the centre of the home.
The kitchen is well designed and also full of natural light, with an extra space beyond, to relax, play or entertain. This opens out through patio doors to the garden where there’s the potential to extend even further SSPP, there's also a downstairs WC.
The garden’s established with trees and shrubs providing space to dine, entertain and potentially grow, with a garden studio at the far end. Being a detached home you also have the benefits of side access.
Upstairs there are double bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a loft room with skylights, which would be a lovely creative space, study area, yoga studio… the possibilities are endless.

Living here you get the community vibe of Walthamstow village with its buzzing array of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and the quiet of living in a detached home on a cul-de-sac.
There’s a variety of local schools and parks within walking distance. And Walthamstow Central station is less than a 10 minute walk away and offers easy transport links into central London via the Victoria Line and London Overground.

And living here, you’re only an 8 minute cycle away from expansive natural green space at Wanstead Flats and Hollow Pond. Are you seeing your family living here yet? It’s chain-free, shall we take a look?

In The Owners Words...

Since the early 2000's this charming home has been a joy to live in and welcome our friends and family every day. It's unique mixture of quiet surroundings combined with the underground being just 5 minutes walk away leads to a very well balanced lifestyle.
In winter we love to enjoy the open fireplace and in spring and summer the garden is a calming sanctuary where there is a small, organic orchard with a pear, apple, cherry and plum tree.
The close proximity to outstanding schools and Walthamstow 's unique open market during the week and ' Farmers market' on Sundays continues to provide fresh produce for our family. If we did not need to downsize, we would very much continue to live in this charming period house with good vibes for another twenty years.
