This is a classic, homely and welcoming property. Full of character and original features and in a location that combines a quiet residential road with all the buzz and culture of E17.
Although homely, the property has modern twists throughout such as the beautifully fitted kitchen and large family bathroom. The long kitchen leads out to a garden full of well established trees and shrubs.
All the rooms are really light and spacious and with being separated, the lounge provides a bay windowed sanctuary away from the busier areas such as the kitchen and dining room, which could be a peaceful spot for work or study.
Upstairs the bedrooms are also large and like everything in this home, feels solid and well finished with some lovely decor ideas to steal.

Everything you need is here in this area. It’s a residential Road but with independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby. The wonderful Lloyd Park and William Morris Gallery are just a short walk away, offering lots of local cultural events and street food pops up at the weekends. Living here you have a variety of schools within walking distance, sports centres, park space and of course easy access to acres of natural green space at Hollow Ponds and Epping Forest.
You’re well connected for transport too with 2 stations within a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute cycle, and access to the A406 and M11.
A beautiful solid, Victorian home in a great location. Shall we take a look?

In The Owners Words...

This house has been at the centre of our family’s life for 10 years.
We have put so much love & time into building the perfect sanctuary for our growing family and equally love that people always comment on how cosy and personal we have made our home.

We have worked to put a lot of original features back into the property - Victorian fireplaces and the stripped original floorboards - whilst modernising areas - the kitchen with hot water tap - to make it work for our busy lives. We've also diligently approached renovations to ensure that the guts of the house are in good order. In addition to the main rooms, the house has great storage with a large loft and shed (at the end of a fab garden which our son has spent the first years of his life charging around).

We have great relationships with our neighbours and there is a wonderful community feel here; something we are really going to miss. We're a 10 min walk to Wood St, Lloyd Park, Chestnuts Fields and the fountains at the Town Hall - with coffee shops and local amenities aplenty.
