This house has been a much loved very happy home with wonderful natural light at all times of the day. The sunlight streams into the front of the house in the morning, and the rear of the house receives the afternoon and evening sun. It is bright and airy in the summer, and warm and cosy in the winter. The garden is a wonderful place to sit on a summers evening, listening to the birdsong, with a glass of wine. We also have off street parking which is very handy in Waltham Forest ! The house is ideally situated with lovely neighbours, and a real sense of community spirit. My only reason for selling is due to family commitments, otherwise I would be spending many more happy years here.
